How soon will my order ship?

We strive to ship our customer's orders as quickly as possible. All of our items are custom created so, it can take 1 to 2 business days to prepare the items for shipping.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We are located in Atlanta Georgia, so delivery times can vary depending on how close you are. Standard shipping is by UPS and can take anywhere from 1 to 7 days. Additional shipping options are available to receive it quicker for an additional cost.

What should I do if I do not receive my order?

What should I do if I my order is damaged or defective when I receive it?

Can I return my item if I don't like it?
